Rooney Ridge Retreat is a beautifully furnished luxury rental home located in the quiet Cedar Flat neighborhood on the picturesque North Shore of Lake Tahoe. South facing for ample sunshine, this home enjoys lovely tree filtered views of the azure waters of Lake Tahoe.
The spacious great room with lake view features plenty of seating, and a flat screen television above the gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is spacious with an open plan with the sitting and dining area, and offers granite counter tops and new stainless appliances, including a large six burner range. The 20 foot dining table is perfect for larger gatherings, and can accommodate up to ten guests.
Downstairs, the game room (perfect for kids), offers another large television, two more sofas and a ping pong table. All four bedrooms have quality linens and new beds, so everybody gets to rest in comfort after a day of enjoying the myriad of outdoor activities Lake Tahoe has on offer year round.

2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Driveway is considerably steep. Four wheel drive is highly recommended during the winter months.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
