You’ll be relieved to be walking in the door of this beautiful home after a long day of skiing. This gorgeous Tahoe Donner home has room for everyone, including your doggy! There is a  giant chef’s kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances for the cook. Large groups will appreciate a second fridge located in the garage as well.  Cozy, comfortable living room to gather around the gas fireplace or admire the original artwork from both local and Bay Area artists.  Venture outside, even on frosty evenings to a great deck with a private hot tub to soak those sore muscles.
You’ll find a primary suite on the main floor with a King bed, walk-in closet, TV and Blu-Ray player and attached bathroom with 2 sinks and separate tub and shower. The other bedroom on the main floor has a Queen bed and TV.
Upstairs, you’ll find a great loft playroom for the kids with a foosball table and comfy seating. Another bedroom upstairs with a King bed, walk in closet, TV and attached bath also has 2 sinks and separate shower and tub. There is another bedroom with a Queen and TV also upstairs, and a shared hallway bathroom. An additional room has a Queen bed in it if needed for extra sleeping space upstairs.

Included with your rental are six (6) guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Each guest card allows access for one (1) guest only over the age of 3. Daily/non-transferable fee for rental guest per person per day. Children under 3 are free.Â

1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
