 After a full day of activities retreat back to this two-story inviting home, offering a modern layout with an attached two-car garage.  Enter on the ground level of the house where you will find the first guest bedroom and den area which has a futon sleeper and access to a covered deck.  Â
On the upper level is a beautiful and bright open kitchen and living room set up. Â The kitchen features a large island set up which is perfect for entertaining. Â The Livingroom is situated around the flat screen tv and gas fireplace and has access to the covered deck area. Â Down the hall, you will find the master bedroom with a full en suite bathroom. Â Also on the upper level is the bunk room where you will find two twin over twin bunk beds and the third full bathroom. Â

3. The Palisades Subdivision is brand new. Neighboring parcels may be under construction. Some noise/nuisance is anticipated.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
