Four Summits is a comfortable and updated vacation home, centrally located in Agate Bay. It's a short drive to Palisades Tahoe (formally known as Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows) and Northstar. Imagine, you and your guests can be soaking in the six-person hot tub at Four Summits just minutes after finishing your last ski run of the day!

Recently remodeled and updated with all new furniture and bedding, this north lake vacation rental offers an open floor plan downstairs, flat-screen TVs, a cozy wood fireplace and completely remodeled granite and stainless steel kitchen. Two bedrooms on the main floor work great for kids and can sleep six little ones between the two of them. Upstairs, a king and a queen bedroom share a full bathroom in the hall. The pool table in the upstairs loft is great entertainment for all and also offers another flat-screen TV and small sitting area too.

I want to start off the positive, the location is perfect! Overall the cabin was beautiful, tastefully designed and well equipped for our family of 4, plenty of space to be comfortable. There was two maintenance items that I would have preferred to be fixed/repaired or at least made notice, the kitchen window can not open, without potentially damaging the mechanism more than it already is, the trim along the “loft” railing/ flooring is not attached properly and may be a trip hazard. Two areas that were disappointing but not deal breakers was the coffee maker situation and the hot tub. The welcome email stated that there would be a drip coffee maker, but to brink your “favorite” coffee and your own filters, so of course we stopped at the local Safeway (less than 5 miles away) and picked up some coffee to use the next morning, to our disappointment, we found a Nespresso and a Keurig, so after a couple of attempts of Uber Eats and Instacart not completing my orders (assuming due to location) back to the store we went for K-Cups, as far as the hot tub, we were unable to use, the previous renters must have used wine glasses (the directions in home specifically state to not use glass in the hot tub), and put the cover back on breaking the glasses, once we noticed and called the management company, they did promptly send out someone to drain the hot tub and clean up the broken glass, but after that, we were unable to heat the hot tub back up, which the kids were really looking forward to. I would still highly recommend this rental and the experience, the family had a blast and we were already planning our next trip to Tahoe!

We had a great stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, beaches and gorgeous views of the lake. The home’s big windows are stunning. It’s comfortable, has everything you need, very clean and new. Recommend this place!

The Four Summits home was the perfect spot for our group of 8. Everything we needed was in the house and when we needed something else (like propane for the grill) it was quickly delivered and set up. We would stay there again for next year's trip.

Absolutely it was my best vocation to this fabulous Cabin, the large glass Windows let you the have a great view. It’s a walk-in and close to the lake view. You definitely can enjoy the hottub every time it’s clean and warm. I really recommend this cabin for everyone.

This home is close to Tahoe City and Kings beach, as well as 15 mins from Northstar. Very quiet neighborhood, so this is good for families. The house is well stocked with all the necessary amenities, and kitchen was stocked with all the essential utensils. The home was very clean when we entered. Overall, fantastic experience.

This place was perfect. The rooms are all large and decorated appropriately for the area. The kitchen was well stocked with all our needs. The porch with a hot tub was a nice bonus. The only downside was the bathrooms. They are really small. The location is quiet and a short drive to town.

Great location and plenty of room for six adults, one child and one infant ( plus two dogs). Enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, had fun shooting pool and took advantage of the water and beach, as well as hiking in the area. Barbequed and went into Tahoe City for some great seafood. Visitors definitely need to follow the rules regarding bears as we had one come up close and personal on our porch while we were eating inside after barbecuing. He looked through the glass door and I’m not sure who was more startled, him or us . All in all, was a fun family weekend!

The house was pretty dirty - carpets especially. Things like baseboards with paint peeling everywhere. The hot tub was lukewarm and the outdoor furniture is pretty nasty. The house was missing basic amenities - we had to purchase dishwasher soap, toilet paper, foil, papertowels, etc. Also there was very haphazard kitchen stuff. No salad spinner, one nasty cookie sheet, etc. It doesn’t cost much to replace things like that and when people are paying thousands of dollars to stay somewhere, they should not have to bring supplies from home. We did have a very fun vacation and the people I spoke with in the office were very nice.

We apologize if the carpets were not up to standard, after a busy summer season with little vacancy, I think you are right about it being time to hire a professional carpet cleaner. We have scheduled this within the next few weeks. While we do provide a starting supply of disposable items to get our guests through to their first grocery trip, we encourage future renters to check out our Pre-Trip Checklist. Also, typically hot tub issues can be resolved by a quick phone call to our office. This hot tub is working perfectly at this time.

The home was just what we wanted for a weekend away. Plenty of space and well kept. Other than a small issue with the AC/Heating while we were sleeping (common area was cool while the bedrooms were furnaces even with the temp set at 70) we were very please with the home and would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Cabin

The cabin is in a great location close to everything. The living area downstairs is nicely laid out with and exception of chair sizes were very small. The pool table is too large for the room (close to beams so the pool stick hits the beams at times). The king Mbedroom upstairs has a king bed that fits the entire room which makes it hard to maneuver around. Other than that, it's a nice place. The owner just need to make some minor changes.

Stayed for a week and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the lake and grocery store. Kids loved the loft and pool table and the spa was a nice option at the end of the day. Bedrooms were good size and the kitchen was adequately stocked. Mgmt company helped troubleshoot an issue with the spa and got it back up and running quickly. Plenty of parking and the neighborhood is just amazing. Furniture is a bit dated, but its a cabin so expected. Overall had a nice experience and would recommend.

The place was great! Location was in a calm quiet area but was close to everything needed. The weather was perfect and loved the family dogs that would visit us from across the street. The hot tub lid holder was broken so it made it a bit hard for us to move the lid on and off but minor details :)

Great house for family and friends. Lots of room to spread out. While some played pool others could relax and read or watch tv or take a dip in the hot tub. Very convenient to shopping and multiple ski resorts. Gotta watch the hot water with a full house but probably no more than you would need to do at home. Washer and dryer also an added bonus. We did have an issue with a sharp edge on a jet in the hot tub, my husband gashed his foot pretty good but no infection which means it was clean. House does show some wear and tear on the furniture both in the bedrooms and living area. Could use a few more pillows on the sofa. It was clean except for a random pair of slippers found under one bed and a birthday balloon found under another? Not sure how you miss these if you are cleaning thuroughly. That being said the rental agency were great and always helpful. The house worked well for us and I would recommend it especially if you want something family friendly and comfortable.

My husband, his two kids and our two dogs had a great time at Four Summits house. The house is pretty and well maintained. The hot tub was great. The neighborhood was pretty and nice to walk around. Several restaurants and beach access points were close by. The kitchen was well stocked. None of us wanted to leave.

The house was great. It was clean, comfortable and everyone had space. It's excellent for a large group and is close to Tahoe city, Kings beach and lots of shopping & dining. The furnishings weren't over the top, but very comfortable and the house was a great price. We would stay at this same property again.

This was a nice cabin in a beautiful, quiet area. The instructions to get into the cabin were easy to follow and the cabin itself was great. We used the jacuzzi several times and I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Highly recommended.

The cabin was beautiful and had a awesome open floor layout. It was perfect for my large family and we do intend on returning. It was just a couple blocks from the lake and a quick drive to the grocery store. The spa was an added bonus. Overall our experience in this cabin was relaxing and memorable.

WE thought it was amazing. The house was wonderful and we all felt like we were at home and not in a rental. WE plan planning a trip to come out next winter since we have never been there when it snowed and we will bring our whole family. Wonderful, Quiet, Retreat

This property was delightful, comfortable, well maintained and unbelievably well stocked. Plenty of soft, plush towels, extra pillows, blankets and sheets. I was particularly delighted with the kitchen. There was more than enough cookware and dinnerware and silverware. And when we had a problem with the sink not draining the management company had someone there within a short amount of time. The repairman was courteous, made the repair quickly and inquired if there was anything else he could help with. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they responded to a simple stopped up sink.

We rented this property for a family get-together and it worked really well for a large group. The bedrooms are a nice size and beds were comfortable. The home was very well equipped and comfortable, but carpet and furniture was a bit worn. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues but the management company took care of them right away (we were lucky to have checked in on a Thursday so they could send someone Friday). They were extremely friendly and prompt. Overall if you need a place with several bedrooms both upstairs and down and that accepts pets this is a winner.
