Lake Haven is laid out wonderfully for a vacation rental. You enter into the open and inviting great room with plenty of seating around the 60 inch flat screen TV. It also leads to the wrap around deck with peak views of the lake and is complete with large patio table and extra seating. On the upper level you'll also find a well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dining for eight with two more at the counter.
Down the hall you'll find three very well-appointed bedrooms. The Primary at the very end of the hall includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bath with an extra-large glass shower. Downstairs the family room is great option for kids to hang out while the grown ups relax upstairs and also includes the fourth bedroom also with a king bed.

The entire community resides on the lake side of the main highway, making it the perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. With a number of homes in our portfolio located within an easy walk of one another, this is the perfect place for a multi-family getaway.Â
In the summer, Dollar Point truly can’t be beat. For those looking for adventure, hop on the bike path that exits the community and follow the Truckee River north, or visit Tahoe City, home to everything from home grown coffee shops to lakefront fine dining, all just minutes away.
In the winter, Dollar Point offers central access to almost all of North Lake Tahoe’s premier ski areas. Palisades Tahoe (formally known as Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows), Northstar, and Homewood are all just a 20 minute drive from your Dollar Point home.

2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Dollar Point amenities (including swimming pool, beach, and tennis courts) are not available to renters.
4. The gas BBQ grill is only available in the Summer.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
