4. This property has a metal roof. Under certain conditions, the risk of falling snow/ice is elevated. Guests are urged to use caution and will be provided with secondary access (via the garage) to avoid the area of potential hazard.
5. While open for holidays, the NPOA Recreation Center may have limited hours on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. Please check their website for accurate information regarding the facility’s hours of operation.
