Upon entering this newly constructed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Northstar vacation rental, you'll be greeted with stylish interiors and immersive mountain views. The open floor plan reveals a bright living area with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, a sleek gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a wine fridge, and a spacious breakfast bar that seats six. Location was great and the Tree House was a definite plus for family activities, swimming, working out, relaxing, etc. The listing said no AC in house but didn’t notice. Not too big a deal however in August and with wild fire smoke not ideal.

Awesome spacious modern accommodations that is ski in ski out to Northstar. Luxurious and access to club facilities for outdoor jacuzzi and lodge that is across the ski run accessible from back deck. During the winter storms of Jan ‘23, community maintenance cleared the driveway and backyard deck (so we can grill steaks) within 30 mins of calling for the service. Highly recommend.

Excellent Ski-in/Ski-out at Northstar. Well decorated, modern, spacious, cozy.

We stayed at this house in past years (before it is listed on Tahoe Getaways) and it was wonderful. Very relaxing vacation spot. Perfect location for Ski-in/Ski-out at Northstar straight out of the mud room. No driving required. Stop back at the house for a burger on the deck without fighting with the crowds and pay the exorbitant prices at the Northstar Cafeteria. For the intermediate skiers, ski back to the house from the mountains and just relax. For the beginners, you can call a shuttle to pick you up at Ritz-Carlton. In the evenings, we cooked our own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. After dinner, just walk across the ski run to the clubhouse for a swim and then the hot tub. Just perfect!
