The Tahoe City Winter Sports Park offers cross-country skiing, an ice skating rink, snowshoeing, sledding and a small sled hill for young children, restaurant and bar. Visit their site for a full schedule of operation hours. They also have ski rentals and snowshoe rentals along with a walking route. Tahoe City Sports Park is a dog friendly course so no need to leave your pup at home. As an added community benefit, the trails are groomed seven days per week.
Everyone can get out and enjoy the park during the week as well. (You’ll just need your own equipment).
Tahoe City Winter Sports Park is a partnership with the Tahoe City Public Utilities District, Tahoe XC and Duncan Golf Management (DGM); Tahoe XC runs the winter snow park and DGM runs the restaurant and bar.
