2. Access to Martis Camp Amenities is restricted to Martis Camp Club Members and their guests only.
3. Guests must disclose the names and ages of their traveling party at the time of booking, but gate access is to be set up through the sponsoring member.
4. A special Vacation Rental Agreement applies, check with a Tahoe Getaways agent for details
5. Parking for 4 vehicles (3 in the Summer months). Street parking is prohibited year-round.
6. The Primary Bedroom closet is not for renter use, but there is an armoire available.
7. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
