During the summer, we have a feeling you'll be spending much of your time relaxing on the large sunny deck; cooking dinner on the Weber grill and dining outdoors or soaking in the hot tub under the stars.
This vacation home has an indoor space that is welcoming and comfortable for groups of all sizes. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow light to fill the main living area and ample seating centers around a flat-screen television and wood-burning fireplace. You'll find two guest bedrooms on this floor as well as a full bath. Upstairs, the Primary suite sits on its own private floor with a queen bed and en suite bath.

In the summer, Dollar Point can't be beat. For those seeking adventure, hop on the bike path that exits the community and follow the Truckee River north, or visit Tahoe City, home to everything from home grown coffee shops to lakefront fine dining, all just minutes away.
In the winter, Dollar Point offers central access to almost all of North Lake Tahoe’s premier ski areas. Palisades Tahoe, Northstar and Homewood are all just a 20-minute drive from your Dollar Point home.

1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles (one covered parking space). The garage is not available for guest use. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Dollar Point amenities (including swimming pool, beach, and tennis courts) are not available to renters.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
