As a guest at this home, you have an option to add access to the Pavilion at Old Greenwood, part of the Tahoe Mountain Club. An Amenity Fee of $75/night must be collected by Tahoe Getaways at least 72 hours prior to Arrival. Access must be purchased for the full duration of your stay, if added on.

Truckee, CA is a picturesque town nestled in the mountains of Nevada County, known for its remarkable natural beauty and adventurous spirit. You'll find yourself amidst a scenic backdrop characterized by alpine meadows, crystal clear lakes, and towering pine forests, offering an enviable mountain living experience.
For shopping, the charming downtown Truckee offers a unique mix of shops ranging from local boutiques to antiques, home décor, and outdoor gear. The historic downtown district, with its well-preserved 19th-century buildings, is home to places like Bespoke and Riverside Studios, offering unique, locally-made goods. There's also the Truckee Thursday Summer Street Festival, which, during the summer months, is filled with local artisans' stalls, food trucks, and live music.
Outdoor recreation is abundant in Truckee, regardless of the season. This area truly comes alive in the winter, with a plethora of world-renowned ski resorts within arm's reach. 1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 8, excluding children under (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles, the driveway is short, flat, and managed by the Homeowners Association (HOA). In winter, the driveway is regularly plowed for your convenience. However, due to the requirements of snow removal, parking is only permitted in the garage during winter months, providing space for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.Â
4. This property does not feature a private yard, a shared outdoor space is available for use.
5. Access to beach chairs, towels and beach umbrella are available seasonally.Â
