A converted room on the main floor has two twin beds and is perfect for keeping an eye on the little ones. Upstairs, two additional guest bedrooms both offer King beds and reading chairs.

1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 5 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The county record shows this home as a 3 BR, and therefore it is listed as such, however there is an additional room that acts as a 4th sleeping area for the kids. While the occupancy is listed as 8, up to one additional child under 13 is allowed (Max 9 total).
4. 4WD vehicles strongly advised during the winter months.
