Upon entering the Tahoe cabin, you step into an open-concept living and dining area with soaring vaulted ceilings stunning furniture, and great views through the surrounding windows. The living space features a comfortable sectional along with two leather swivel chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. A 55” flat-screen TV adds to the entertainment options. The dining area includes a circular table that’s perfect for family or group dinners, offering a view of the outdoor patio and yard.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream, boasting a large island with a white granite top, high-end lighting, and leather-like stools. Equipped with a Monogram brand oven, stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and a wet bar, this space is perfect for entertaining.
The primary bedroom downstairs boasts a king-sized bed with luxurious bedding, a 43” flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom recently renovated with a beautiful stand-up shower and single sink. Another room downstairs offers a queen bed with high-quality linens, a ceiling fan, and access to a full hall bathroom featuring a sleek, contemporary stand-up shower and a stylish vanity. Upstairs, you’ll discover two additional inviting bedrooms. One room boasts a king bed, a closet, and charming peaked ceilings, while the other is ideal for children, offering a twin-over-queen bunk bed. Both bedrooms feature plush bedding, ceiling fans, and scenic outdoor views. They share a hallway bathroom equipped with a single sink and a distinctive shower/tub combo that blends modern and rustic elements.  Also upstairs everyone will enjoy the extra living space complete with a large sectional sofa, which is also a sleeper sofa for an extra sleeping space and a 55" flat screen TV, board games and beautiful furniture.

ABOUT THE AREA
Located in Tahoe City, this area offers the perfect blend of natural beauty and convenient amenities. Situated near the shores of Lake Tahoe, residents and visitors can enjoy stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The area boasts easy access to outdoor recreational activities year-round, including hiking, biking, skiing, snowboarding, and water sports. In the winter, nearby ski resorts just 15 min away such as Homewood Mountain resort and Palisades Tahoe (formerly known as Squaw Valley) which is the largest ski resort in Lake Tahoe and Alpine Meadows provide world-class skiing and snowboarding opportunities.  Palisades Tahoe has a shuttle that runs continuously between the base area of Olympic Valley & Alpine Meadows when both resorts are open for operations, weather, and traffic permitting.

During the summer months, the lake offers swimming, boating, paddleboarding, and fishing. 2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. Only one bay of garage is available in the summer season. 
3. Bikes in the garage are not available to renters.  
4. Although guests do have access to the Tahoe Park HOA amenities, buoy access is not available.   
5. Fireplace in living area is not operable.  
6.. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

Beautiful Home!

The home was excellent. It was clean, modern, spacious, close to the water, and had a huge backyard. The appliances were brand new and the hot tub was a wonderful addition. We loved everything about this home. Aside from our rental car being broken into by a bear in the early morning hours of our last day (it was left unlocked and he used the handle), everything about our stay was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!
