Ideal for family vacations and groups of friends, First Light Farmhouse is an elegant but casual three-bedroom mountain home nestled in Gray’s Crossing, one of Truckee’s premier neighborhoods. Located within a short drive to world-class skiing at Northstar and just minutes away from downtown Truckee, you’ll discover a rich selection of restaurants, bars, shops, and local festivities.
Natural design elements blend seamlessly into the forested surroundings, while large picture windows and vaulted ceilings accentuate the wooded views beyond. Like the mountain air, the décor is clean and fresh. The sprawling floor plan is ideal for families with mobility concerns, who will appreciate the single-level design.
With a farmhouse chic design, the gorgeous kitchen is at the heart of this welcoming home. It’s completely open to the spacious great room, which is a perfect spot for mingling with friends and family. Guests with an eye for detail will appreciate the use of reclaimed barn wood, a neutral color palette, and natural stone, all mixed with metal accents and a touch of glam that give it a contemporary lift.
Discuss the day’s adventures over dinner around the table on the outdoor patio as you listen to the peaceful water feature. In the evenings, before night's rest, enjoy a soak in the hot tub as you stargaze.
