POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy are 10 adults and 3 children (under 13 years of age).
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The driveway to this property has a downslope. A 4WD vehicle is strongly advised during the winter months.
4. Access from the ski run to the backyard is not groomed. While the property is slope side, we make no representations as to the ski access to and from the home.
5. The county record shows this home as a 4 BR, and therefore it is listed as such, however, there is an additional room that acts as a 5th sleeping area.Â
6. While this home is no longer pet-friendly, the owners do have dogs, so those with allergies/sensitivity should take notice.
7. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
