This home has 3100 square feet of living area with an open floor plan, including a main living room upstairs with a 50" flat screen TV/DVD and another bonus family room downstairs with a 40" TV/DVD. This luxury home features detailed finishes including beautiful Knotty Pine wood floors and ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with granite top counters, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and beautiful stone-tiled bathrooms.
Upstairs you'll find a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed with comfortable bedding and a gorgeous ensuite bathroom complete with a double vanity and a large stand-alone bathtub and a stand-up shower. Downstairs 3 more bedrooms await, all with queen beds. Two of these rooms share a full Jack and Jill bathroom and the other full hall bathroom.

4. While the driveway and approach to this house is moderately sloped, 4WD or chains are suggested for all Tahoe Donner properties.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
