It is set up for relaxation with a private hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor seating. The grassy front yard is framed by majestic pine trees, creating a serene environment. A quick stroll across the street, brings you to the gated lakefront access which includes a level sitting area, picnic table and stairs leading down to 20 feet of pristine shoreline.
Inside this Tahoe cabin, guests will find a charming kitchen, equipped with all your cooking needs and even a view of the lake from the window. The living area is cozy and inviting with a 55” flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and a large sectional sofa. The dining table, situated on the sunlit indoor porch, is perfect for meals or game nights, surrounded by panoramic lake views.  The primary bedroom features a plush queen bed a closet and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. A shared hall bathroom features a a jetted tub, a spacious vanity, a stand-up shower, and a bidet toilet. Down the hall, another bedroom with a king bed offers a lake view and direct access to the front deck. This room shares a hall bathroom with a stand-up shower.
Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms and a unique shared bathroom with a clawfoot tub. One bedroom has a full bed, a twin bed, and a 35” TV, while the other bedroom offers two twin beds and one full bed with a window view of the lake. Â

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 9 Guests, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Use of gated lake access is discouraged after dark. Quiet hours between 9pm -8am is heavily enforced.
4. There is NO pier access at this home. Boaters must provide their own mooring lines.  Tahoe Getaways cannot provide watercraft of any kind; guests must provide their own means of transport to the buoy.Â
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
