Situated in a quiet, affluent area, Rubicon Bay Lakefront exudes Lake Tahoe serenity at its finest. Tucked away on a spacious lot, guests will enjoy a protected lagoon-like swimming area with a sandy beach and HOA pier.
Enter directly into the main living area of this exceptional 4-bedroom Lake Tahoe vacation rental, where floor-to-ceiling windows offer big lake views, and allow sunlight to fill the room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Wolf range and a separate island bar is the perfect place for happy hour. In the great room, a wood fireplace adds to the traditional feel of the home. Two guest bedrooms, sharing a Jack and Jill bath, are conveniently located on the main floor for those who may need to limit repeated use of stairs.
On the second floor, the Primary suite offers stunning lake views and features a King bed, wood fireplace, walk-in closet, and a small television. The ensuite bath is designed for pure relaxation, with both a shower and jetted tub, a traditional double vanity, and a make-up vanity. The fourth bedroom, also on this floor, is another King guest room.
At the top of the stairs, the landing opens into a play space, with an air hockey table and sofa sleeper. Off of the landing, an enclosed loft with a queen bed can be used as an additional sleeping space
Just two doors down from this gorgeous lakefront retreat is a sidewalk that leads to an HOA pier, which offers easy access for guests to load/unload their boat!

ABOUT THE AREA
Rubicon Bay is located on the majestic West Shore of Lake Tahoe in an area known as the “Gold Coast.” Positioned just south of Meeks Bay and Sugar Pine Point State Park, this area is known for its seclusion. The sun-drenched sandy beaches and awe-inspiring views of Lake Tahoe have kept visitors coming back for generations.
Choose the difficult but rewarding Rubicon Peak Trailhead at the back of this neighborhood, or take a short drive to Meeks Bay Marina or D.L. Bliss State Park for alternate hiking, biking and snowshoe options. Homewood Mountain Resort is only 8 miles North, proving you can have seclusion and convenience.Â
This home is not in South Lake Tahoe. On a summer day, it may take a 30 minute drive, but renters should note that in winter months, the highway between this home and South Lake Tahoe often closes.
