CHAMBERLANDS HOA:
Chamberlands is one of the most premier subdivisions at Lake Tahoe. It offers a private beach and swimming pool staffed by the Chambers Lifeguard Team. Transportation is made easy by catching a ride on the blue Chambers bus which picks up all residents outside of their cabins for a ride to and from the beach every 1/2 hour (weekends only). The beach also has a historic bar and pier, lake view restaurant, and a casual grill. 2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
4. Homewood Mountain Resort, located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, will not be opening for the 2024-25 ski season. Please plan accordingly.
