4. The upstairs primary bedroom, while enclosed, can be opened up by opening up a wall of shutters. Hence, noise from the downstairs living area travels easily to this room.
5. A home nearby is currently under construction for Summer/ Fall 2024. Some noise and nuisance is possible. Please inquire for details.
6. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
