While all are comfortable, the Primary Loft is the true show-stealer. With it's geometrically faceted ceilings, a chaise lounge, ensuite bathroom set it apart. A work space and additional sitting area are found mid- level between the two floors.
Winterland is ready for small families or a few couples to embrace the long winter weekends together in Tahoe.

2. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults, day time and night time.
3. Parking for 3 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. Garage is only accessible to 1 car as it is used for owner storage as well.
4. 4WD vehicles strongly advised during the winter months.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
