3. The fenced yard may not be available depending on snow levels.Â
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
5. Homewood Mountain Resort, located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, will not be opening for the 2024-25 ski season. Please plan accordingly.Â

1. Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
2. Occupancy is limited between 10 PM and 8 AM.
3. Maximum occupancy is enforced at all times.
4. Any violations may result in a fine.
